Integrity is unique within the education, skills and training sector. We offer a range of bespoke services to Learning Providers and Colleges. These include project management/consultancy, delivery of A1 & V1 (formerly D32/33/34) to new and existing staff, PTLLS, CTLLS, Train the Trainer courses and management of CPD, (meeting IfL requirements). Our services also extend to employer & learner engagement, support with self-assessment, preparing for inspection (OFSTED), business development and the option to outsource internal verification across a wide range of sectors and levels. Integrity are nationally positioned and hold a database/talent bank of approved freelance Assessors, Verifiers and Managers, with our recruitment arm of the business providing our customers with both temporary and permanent associates. 

We also offer support and training to skilled workers looking to enter the education industry, providing opportunity for those recently made redundant or unemployed (including those claiming JSA, Lone Parents and Carers). We have developed an innovative and flexible training programme.

Steps 2 Success will provide individuals with the qualifications and industry knowledge to enter the sector. Through one-to-one mentoring and guidance we help our clients achieve a job outcome, become employed and start a rewarding career, using their industry knowledge to train and support others. Our programme is suitable for individuals from all sectors and industries. 

Integrity can also support NVQ Assessors and Verifiers already working in the sector to secure additional income through freelance work, become self-employed or enhance their career prospects, whether looking for development or promotion.
