Integrity is passionate and wholly committed to making a difference to the lives of the individuals we meet and the success of the businesses we partner. Our company mission statement reflects this;

  

Integrity was formed in December 2008 and our directors have over 34 years combined industry knowledge. We have experience of working with Pre-16’s (at risk of exclusion or excluded), Yr 10/11 students, School leavers (16-18), Apprentices and Adult learners.  They have experience of managing a wide range of contracts from £5k to £20m, funding streams that include LSC, JCP, ESF, Commercial and Lottery, and programmes such as; Choices, Work experience, Pre-vocational, E2E, WBL, TTG and New Deal.

Using this knowledge and experience Integrity was formed and services were tailored specifically for the Education and Skills Sector.  Our primary aim is to help individuals train and enter employment within the industry, whilst supporting our customers (Training Providers/Colleges) through a range of services to overcome barriers, fulfill contract obligations and grow.

Integrity is well positioned nationally and holds a database of trainers, mentors and managers on hand to support contract delivery.

We listen to our partners, customers and clients views by regularly completing satisfaction surveys and asking for feedback. This will help to shape and continually improve our service.
