Whilst the economy is struggling and the unemployment rate almost seems to increase daily, there is light at the end of the tunnel.

The Government are heavily investing in education and training, with new funding creating a number of NVQ Assessor and trainer jobs within the sector.Integrity have developed an innovative training programme to help the unemployed, those recently made or at risk of redundancy, lone parents and careers to re-train and find a job.

Integrity will help you to achieve the required qualification (A1), understand the industry and find a job in your area. A career in education and training is extremely rewarding, giving you the opportunity to train and support others entering or already working within your industry. You can be an Assessor across a range of sectors.

Integrity is due to launch their A1 course in September 2009 as an integral part of their Steps 2 Success programme.

The A1 qualification will teach you how to:

Assess candidates against agreed standards using a range of assessment methods
Give candidates feedback on assessment decisions
Contribute to internal quality procedures
