Once trained we will help you find your first job in the industry. To become an Assessor you must… … Have experience and knowledge of the occupational area/industry in which you will assess (over 2 years)- Have strong communication skills, including written, spoken and listening
- Be able to motivate and encourage young people and adults to learn
- Enjoy working with people
- Be passionate about delivering a great service and excellence in learning
