Whether you are looking for part-time work/flexible hours or full time employment Integrity can help you make that change. Our Steps 2 Success training programme will provide you with the skills and qualifications to enter the work based learning industry. We are committed to helping you find a job in your area. As part of your programme you will be placed with a provider/college which may lead to permanent employment.

If you are unemployed you may be eligible for free government funded training.

To become an Assessor you must… …

• Have experience and knowledge of the occupational area/industry in which you will assess (over 2 years)
• Have strong communication skills, including written, spoken and listening
• Be able to motivate and encourage young people and adults to learn
• Enjoy working with people
• Be passionate about delivering a great service and excellence in learning
